AMI Property Services specialists are carefully trained to handle all lockouts, evictions & cash for keys services. We provide the locksmith, licensed & bonded moving crew and in-county storage units. AMI is also familiar with local sheriff practices and requests and we are able to accommodate to get the eviction completed as quickly as possible. We also represent the bank or agent when the sheriff or marshal arrive on site. We also have an extensive connection with movers so last minute evictions are not a problem. Evictions can come as a surprise to all parties, and sometimes an uncomfortable situation. We can handle the job as professionally and smooth as possible.
AMI Property Services specialists will change all of the locks on a foreclosed or vacated property to the key code specified by the client. Our inventory consists of the most requested key codes by lending institutions and by request can cut keys to your specific code as well. Lockbox installation is an option on all properties. We carry both numeric and letter combination lockboxes.
AMI Property Services specialists are required to be fully complaint with all winterization rules & guidelines. We provide winterization reports that document the entire process as well as “work in progress” digital photos. In addition, we will de-winterize your asset for inspections or appraisal and then rewinterize back to previous specifications. If any plumbing damages are found during our winterization process, we will estimate repairs on the spot.
AMI Property Services specialists remove any debris located in the interior and exterior of properties and upon completion leave home in broom swept condition. The entire debris removal process is photographed with before and after digital photos that can emailed to you to upload to your clients website.
